Ram Ratna Wires Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Ram Ratna Wires Limited at their meeting held today, i.e., on Tuesday, 29th June, 2021, has recommended dividend of Rs 1/- per share (i.e. @ 20%) on the equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid / dispatched within 30 days of its declaration.
