NLC India Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of NLC India Ltd have recommended a final dividend @ 15% i.e., Rs.1.50 per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to CRAG Audit and approval of Members.

The details of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books and the date on which the above final dividend shall be paid/dispatched will be announced in due course after fixing the date of Annual General Meeting.

Shares of NLC India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.62.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2323852 in over 4234 trades.
