Chandra Prabhu International Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Chandra Prabhu International Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 1.00 per Equity Share (i.e 10% of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
