Metroglobal Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Metroglobal Ltd at its meeting held on June 21, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (At the rate of 20%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
