D B Corp Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of D.B. Corp Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share of face value ('FV') of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. @30% of FV) for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2021 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). Final dividend, if approved by the members, will be paid / dispatched after the AGM.
