BLS International Services Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of BLS International Services Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, June 15, 2021, has, recommended final dividend at the rate of 25% on face value i.e. Rs 0.25 /- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 1/- each on 10,24,50,000 equity shares of the Company, subject to approval of the members in forthcoming AGM of the Company.

Shares of BLS International Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.125.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 125.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42314 in over 1332 trades.
