J K Cement Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 15

The board of directors of J K Cement Ltd at its meeting held today, has recommended Dividend at the rate of Rs. 15 per equity share (i.e., 150%) of Rs. 10 each (fully paid up) for the Financial year 2020-21 for the approval by the Shareholders at the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of J.K.CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2854.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2861.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6945 in over 1155 trades.
