Tata Steel Mining Limited's resolution plan of Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited approved

Pursuant to Section 30(4) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("IBC"), the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") of Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited ("the Company") had approved the Resolution Plan submitted by the Tata Steel Mining Limited with requisite majority through the e-voting process concluded on 5th June, 2021.

In accordance with the aforesaid and pursuant to Section 30(6) of IBC, the Resolution Professional has filed the Resolution Plan (as approved by the CoC on 5th June, 2021), with the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench ("Hon'ble NCLT"') on 7th June, 2021 for its subsequent approval thereupon.

Shares of TATA STEEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1128.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1119.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 661287 in over 14466 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1150 and intraday low of 1125.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 751011131.
