NRB Bearings Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of NRB Bearings Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e., on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, considered and recommended Final Dividend of Re. 0.50 (Fifty Paise only) i.e. 25% (twenty five percent) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will be paid to the members within 30 days of its declaration thereat.
