Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd have also recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 6.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 300%) for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to the deduction of tax at source, as applicable. The Final Divided, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid / dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration thereat.
