ITD Cementation India Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.12

The Board of Directors of ITD Cementation India Limited at its Meeting held on 28th May, 2021, have approved the recommendation for payment of dividend, @ Re. 0.12 per equity share on 17,17,87,584 equity shares of Re. 1/- each (12%) for the financial period ended 31st March, 2021. The dividend, if declared at the 43rd Annual General Meeting to be held on 22nd September, 2021, will be paid on 5th October, 2021, to those members whose names appear in the Company's Register of Members on 22nd September, 2021.
