NESCO Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of NESCO Ltd at their meeting held on 28 May 2021, have considered and approved the final dividend of Rs. 3.00/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each for financial year ended 31 March 2021, subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
