Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of directors of Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd at their meeting held today, Friday 28th May, 2021 have recommended a dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share (15%) having a face value of Rs.10/- for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021. Upon approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 59th Annual General Meeting, the dividend amount, after deducting applicable TDS, will be paid to the shareholders within the prescribed time.

Shares of Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.64 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 65.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9996 in over 111 trades.
