The Board of Directors of Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs. 5.00/- per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each subject to approval of members at 102nd Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company.
