JK Paper Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of JK Paper Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2021, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 4/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (40%). The said dividend if declared by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited / despatched within three weeks of the conclusion of said AGM.
