Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd had at their meeting held on May 19, 2021, has recommended the payment of Final Dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs. 15/- per share i.e., 150% of the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Final Dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or after August 17, 2021.
