Kalyani Steels Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Kalyani Steels Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., May 18, 2021, have recommended Dividend of Rs.7.50/- per Equity Share of Rs.5/- each (i.e.150%), on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to approval of the members.
