Kriti Nutrients Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.18 for FY21

The board of directors of Kriti Nutrients Ltd at its meeting held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 have recommended dividend of Rs. 0.18 (18%) per equity share of Rs. 1 each for financial year 2020-21, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
