Sagarsoft (India) Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Sagarsoft (India) Ltd at its meeting held on today, has recommended a dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (i.e.25%) on the 55,60,000 equity shares of the company for the year ended March 31, 2021 and the same is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the date of which along with the book closure dates will be fixed in due course.

Shares of Sagarsoft (India) Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.118.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 98.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 111124 in over 852 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 118.25 and intraday low of 101.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12336917.
