Amber Enterprises India Ltd board to approve Q4, FY21 results on May 22, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Amber Enterprises India Ltd is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 22.05.2021, to consider and approve the audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2021 and Any other matter brought before the Board, with the kind consent of the chair.
