Paushak Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Paushak Limited at its meeting held today has recommended a dividend of Rs. 6.00/- (60%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of PAUSHAK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.7376.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7298.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1478 in over 276 trades.
