Zydus Wellness Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Zydus Wellness Ltd at their meeting held on May 10, 2021, have recommended final dividend of Rs. 5.00/- (@ 50%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 30, 2021.

The Company shall make the payment of dividend on or after August 4, 2021 subject to the approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 30, 2021.
