Kriti Industries India Ltd board to approve Q4, FY21 results, dividend on May 15, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Kriti Industries India Ltd is scheduled on 15/05/2021, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021.

The board will consider Auditors' Report issued by the Statutory Auditors for the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021.
