T T Limited announces cancellation of MOU for sale of Spinning Mills

T T Limited had earlier announced regarding sale of company's Spinning Mill Assets located at Rajula, Gujarat to M/s Resilient Cotspin, Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

The buyer i.e., Resilient Cotspin has withdrawn their offer and accordingly MOU stands cancelled. Security Deposit has been refunded to buyer.

The company is searching new customer for aforesaid assets and negotiation is going on with few prospective customers.

Shares of T T LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.48.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7051 in over 254 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 51.35 and intraday low of 48.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 352061.
