HPCL board issues NCDs

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) had issued Un-secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative, taxable, Debenture of Rs.10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs.1,950 Crores on private placement basis on 07-05-2021 funding of capital expenditure of the issuer, including recoupment of expenditure already incurred.

Shares of HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.251.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 245.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 332164 in over 4194 trades.
