SWELECT Energy Systems Limited forms subsidiary

The Board of directors of SWELECT Energy Systems Limited has approved the setting up of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the name and style 'SWELECT HHV Solar Photovoltaics Private Limited' (the name availability of which has been confirmed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre vide letter dated 20.4.2021). The WOS will be engaged in Manufacture and Maintenance of Solar Photovoltaic Cells and Modules suitable for Renewable Energy power generation using Indigenous anc.J Imported Technology.

The board nominated Mr. R. Chellappan, Managing Director, Mr. A. Balan, joint Managing Director and Mrs. V. C. Mirunalini, Whole time Director of the Company to be inducted as Directors on the Board of SWELECT HHV Solar Photovoltaics Private Limited.

Shares of Swelect Energy Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.198.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 193.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2454 in over 91 trades.
