DCB Bank Limited receives RBI nod for reappointment of Mr. Murali M. Natrajan as MD & CEO

DCB Bank Limited has announced that approval has been received from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for the re-appointment of Mr. Murali M. Natrajan as the Managing Director & CEO, for further period of one year from April 29, 2021.

The re-appointment as above is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.91.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 110373 in over 1439 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 92.65 and intraday low of 90.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10147218.
