Dhanvarsha Finvest Limited completes raising Rs. 65.83 crore funds

Dhanvarsha Finvest Limited (the "Company") today announced the completion of INR 658.3 million capital infusion led by Aviator Emerging Market Fund (AEMF) which include a marque list of international investors such as Porter Collins and Vincent Daniel. Select family offices and HNI's also participated in the current round. Dhanvarsha will now boast a net-worth in excess of INR 1.6 billion, a significant milestone for the Company.

Aviator EMF is SEBI registered FPI investor which has carved out a niche focus in the Indian financial services sector particularly in NBFC's and microlenders. Shares of Dhanvarsha Finvest Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.591 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 580.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29600 in over 343 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 610 and intraday low of 565. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17325723.
