Anupam Rasayan repays significant debt from IPO proceeds

Anupam Rasayan India Limited has re-paid certain identified borrowings aggregating to INR 4707.31 million as on March 31, 2021 of its total outstanding debt from the Net Proceeds of its recently completed initial public offering, in accordance with the details set forth in "Objects of the Issue" section of the Prospectus dated March 17, 2021, filed by the Company. This will result in significant savings in the finance cost.

Shares of Anupam Rasayan India Limited. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 554.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 552.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10,468 shares and the deliverable quantity was 5,538 shares.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 558.95 and intraday low of Rs. 549.95.
