Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has sold Reliance Centre to YES Bank for Rs. 1200 crore

Reliance Infrastructure Limited (RInfra) and YES Bank Limited (YES Bank) announced a sale transaction of Reliance Centre, Santacruz, Mumbai to YES Bank.

The transaction value is Rs.1200 Cr.

Entire proceeds from sale of Reliance Centre, Santacruz is utilized only to repay the debt of YES Bank.

Shares of RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 35.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 154377 in over 892 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 36.7 and intraday low of 34.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5504242.
