TCS board to announce Q4, FY21 results, final dividend on April 12, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/04/2021, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the year ending March 31, 2021.

The board will approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the year ending March 31, 2021.

The board will recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2021 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting.

The Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares is closed from March 24, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.

Shares of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3177.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3159.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 192113 in over 12509 trades.
