Huhtamaki India Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 3 for CY2020

The Board of Directors of Huhtamaki India Ltd at its meeting held on February 24, 2021, has recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per Equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (150%), for the financial year ended December 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 71st Annual General Meeting.
