MRF Limited board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The Board of Directors of MRF Limited at its meeting held today, has declared a Second Interim Dividend of Rs.3/- per equity share [30%] for the financial year ending 31st March, 2021.

The Company has fixed 19th February, 2021 [19.02.2021] as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend. The Second Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after 3rd March, 2021 [03.03.2021].

Shares of MRF LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.97008 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 93751.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3919 in over 2813 trades.
