Suven Pharmaceuticals Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Suven Pharmaceuticals Ltd has also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share of face value of Rs 1/- each for the year 2020-2021.

The Board approved the Record Date i.e., 18th February, 2021 notified by the Company for the purpose of payment of interim dividend to the eligible shareholders.

The above said dividend will be paid on or before 11th March, 2021.
