Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3 for FY21

The board of directors of Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3/- (Rupees three only) per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for Financial Year 2020-21.

The board has fixed 19th February 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive interim dividend. Payment of dividend/despatch of dividend warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration of interim dividend.

Shares of INDIAN METALS & FERRO ALLOYS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.476.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 486.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7074 in over 510 trades.
