Kajaria Ceramics Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Kajaria Ceramics Ltd at its meeting held today, has considered and approved, an Interim Dividend of Rs. 10/- per share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2020-21 and Wednesday, February 3, 2021 as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of shareholders to the aforesaid Interim Dividend. The payment of the said Interim Dividend will be made on/before February 19, 2021.

Shares of KAJARIA CERAMICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.780 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 774.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36628 in over 2311 trades.
