Dai-ichi Karkaria Limited signs new agreement for Kasarwadi land sale

Dai-ichi Karkaria Limited has announced that the agreement for sale dtd. 9.7.2020 executed by the Company with Gera Developments Private Limited for Sale of Kasarwadi Land Parcel has expired by efflux of time.

The Company has executed a new Agreement for Sale with the same party and with similar material terms and conditions on 31.12.2020. The time lines for finalizing the conveyance have been extended till 31.3.2021.

Shares of DAI-ICHI KARKARIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.285 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 287.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4436 in over 59 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 297.95 and intraday low of 281.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1285875.
