NCC Limited board approves issue of 1.80 crore warrants

The Board of Directors of NCC Limited at its meeting held today has considered and approved the issuance of 1,80,00,000 (One Crore Eighty Lakhs) fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis, to the Promoters / Promoter Group of the company, subject to the approval of shareholders through postal ballot.

The price at which the warrants will be issued shall be determined in accordance with provisions of Chapter V of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended.

The name of the investors who will be allotted the warrants are as below:

Shares of NCC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.59.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 59.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1031741 in over 2860 trades.
