CARE reaffirms rating of lower tier 2 bonds of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd

CARE has reaffirmed the rating of the Lower Tier - II Bonds issued by the Bank as Care BB+; Stable (Double B Plus Outlook: Stable).

Further, the Bank has repaid the Upper Tier-II Bond issue in full and there is no outstanding under the said issue as on date. Taking cognizance of this, CARE has withdrawn the rating of Upper Tier-II Bonds with immediate effect.

Shares of Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 169642 in over 577 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.78 and intraday low of 12.66. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2241871.
