NIIT Ltd board to consider buyback proposal on Dec 24, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors ("the Board") of NIIT Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Thursday, December 24, 2020 to inter alia consider proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company.

The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect and shall open after 48 hours of the announcement of Board Meeting outcome.

Shares of NIIT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.173.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 180.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64446 in over 1115 trades.
