Manappuram Finance Ltd approves issue of NCDs for Rs. 400 crore

The Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on December 17,2020, approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakh Only ) each for and amount of Rs.100,00,00,000/- (Rupees Hundred Crores Only) with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 300,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Crores Only) aggregating to Rs.400,00,00,000/- (Rupees Four Hundred Crores Only) on private placement route.

Shares of MANAPPURAM FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.173.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 173.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 475513 in over 4256 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 177.15 and intraday low of 173.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 83389130.
