Centum Electronics Limited proposes to increase its stake in Centum Adetel Group SA

The board of directors of Centum Electronics Limited at their meeting held today, i.e., December 10, 2020 have approved the proposal for further investment in Centum Adetel Group (CAG) SA. With the proposed investment, Centum Electronics Limited's stake in CAG will increase from the current level of 59.77% to 64.66%. Further, the above investment will be done through Centum Electronics UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, subject to necessary approvals.

Shares of CENTUM ELECTRONICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.399 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 335.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21946 in over 1621 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 402.5 and intraday low of 346. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8637143.
