Singer India Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Singer India Ltd at their meeting held today 08th November, 2020, has declared an interim dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 0.5 per equity share of face value of Re. 2/- each for the financial year ending 31st March, 2021.

The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend has been fixed as Thursday, 19th November, 2020, and dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before 5th December, 2020.

Shares of SINGER INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.28.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 28.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8453 in over 44 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 28.7 and intraday low of 28.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 239317.
