Indian Energy Exchange Limited signs license agreement with MCX

Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX) has signed an agreement with Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) giving exclusive rights to the MCX to use the IEX's electricity clearing prices for settlement of their derivative electricity contracts.

Shares of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.192.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 193.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1040900 in over 1960 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 195.7 and intraday low of 191.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 201173090.
