Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd board declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd. have in their meeting held on October 22, 2020 declared a 1st interim dividend @ 150% i.e Rs. 15/- per share on 1,23,25,037 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21 and that the date of payment of the said interim dividend will be on or after November 10, 2020.
