Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd IPO to open for subscription on Oct 20, 2020

Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited ("ESFB/Bank"), subsidiary of Equitas Holdings Ltd had filed the RHP with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai, Tamil Nadu ("ROC") for its proposed initial public offering of equity shares ("Offer" or "IPO"). The RHP has been taken on record by the ROC on October 13, 2020.

Equity shares aggregating upto ₹510 million available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Eligible EHL Shareholders i.e. those individuals and HUFs who are the public equity shareholders of EHL (excluding such persons who are not eligible to invest in the Offer under applicable laws, or are otherwise unable to make any such investment strictly in accordance with the terms of, and restrictions specified in, the RHP) as on the date of the red herring prospectus i.e. October 11, 2020.

The bid / offer opening date is October 20, 2020 and the closing date is October 22, 2020.

The expected date of listing is November 02, 2020.

Shares of Equitas Holdings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.51.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 52.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 234602 in over 1571 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52.95 and intraday low of 50.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12175026.
