Dhani Services Limited allots 84 lakh shares at Rs. 175 per share

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Dhani Services Limited (formerly Indiabulls Ventures Limited), at its meeting held today i.e. on October 6, 2020, which was commenced at 5:50 P.M. and concluded at 6:15 P.M., has issued and allotted an aggregate of 84,00,000 (Eighty Four Lacs) fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Company (Equity Shares), at an issue price of INR 175 for a Rs. 2 paid up share (including a premium of INR 173) per Equity Share, for cash consideration, to a foreign investor M/s NWI Emerging Market Fixed Income Master Fund, Ltd. (NWIEM). (NWIEM is one of the group entities of NWI Management, an investment fund, based out of New York).

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 114,53,98,237.6 divided into 52,71,14,892 Fully Paid-up Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each and 8,28,03,864 Partly Paid up Equity Shares (PPS) of face value of INR 2/- each (Paid-up value INR 1.10 per PPS) and 1,05,254 PPS of face value of INR 2/- each (Paid-up value Re.0.80 per PPS).

Shares of Indiabulls Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.271.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 267.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 74324 in over 1618 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 274.9 and intraday low of 262.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20029708.
