Zen Technologies Limited had completed acquisition of 100% shareholding in Zen Medical Technologies Private Limited as per the documents received on 29 September 2020.

Accordingly, Zen Medical Technologies Private Limited became Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Zen Technologies Limited with effect from 29 September 2020.
