Zydus Wellness Limited fixes Rs. 1775.85 as floor price for QIP

The duly constituted committee of directors of Zydus Wellness Limited , i.e., Finance and Administration Committee ("Committee") today, i.e., on September 23, 2020, has, approved raising of funds by way of issue of Equity Shares, through a QIP. The board approved and authorised the opening of the QIP, today, i.e. on September 23, 2020.

The board also approved and adopted the preliminary placement document and dated September 23, 2020 together with the application form, in connection with the QIP.

The board approved the floor price for the QIP, being Rs. 1,775.85 per Equity Share based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations (the "Floor Price").

Shares of ZYDUS WELLNESS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1720.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1767.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3841 in over 676 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1824.85 and intraday low of 1701. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6801726.
