Kavit Industries Limited to acquire existing pharma company, change name

The Board of Directors of Kavit Industries Limited as its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, 22nd September, 2020, has considered and approved the plan to take the business of existing Pharma Company and it also plans to change its name (as company is planning to take the business of Pharma Company) as per the availability of the same on Ministry of Corporate Office in Line with Pharma Company.

Shares of Kavit Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.148 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153. The total number of shares traded during the day was 96385 in over 243 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 157 and intraday low of 132. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14319468.
